Autumn is here, so that means that the cruel nephew winter is coming! Like some others we welcome the winter, not for the temperature of weather, but for the opportunity to get layered and robust with clothing..

To weather the storm in style we’re zooming in on a boot in which we believe we can to just that.

The forever and continuous creating/producing Amsterdam based brand Filling Pieces have  a diamond in the rough within their  AW17 ‘Move Without Barriers‘ collection which is inspired by the nomadic Tsaatan tribe of Mongolia.

The ‘Move Without Barriers’ collection bares more treats, but this boot really stood out and is a silhouette that FP hasn’t been producing and/or putting out for that long. And it has to be said – after looking at the other popular boots by for example – Fear of God and Represent, they’ve entered this league and are up there with these brands able to compete from the get go! You could Sell your clothes online or at places where they take old clothes, and get yourself a pair from this extravagant brand.

The High Field Boot Sky Tsaatan is a modern reinterpretation of the functional and waterproof boots that the Tsaatan fashion from reindeer hides. Its rugged, tactical appearance is tempered by being composed of layers of butter soft nubuck. The shoe is finished with military details like a thick heel pull and ankle padding and high quality hardware like a zip-up tongue and powder coated eyelets and lace hooks.
