All orders will be sent out with 'Post NL'. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched. Freight costs: Depending on the country of destination we've set default shipping costs. Log in to the site and you will see the cost for shipping at the checkout or contact us by sending an email to email@example.com. Use Subject: "Shipping Cost"
Returns & Exchange
1. First mail us for what reason you want to return the product , 2. Await our reaction/solution , 3. Ship the item (at your cost) back to us @: 'WELHOUS' , Street: Stadhuisplein 174 , ZipCode: 5038 TD , City: Tilburg , Country: The Netherlands. Depending on the reason for the return we'll refund you, give you a voucher for the amount your ordered or exchange the item for a different/new one. Attention: You'll have to request the return within 30 days of receiving the product.
PRICE ERRORS We reserve our right to cancel or adjust any order with price errors. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES If you'd like to cancel your order or make any adjustments it is important that you contact us as soon as possible so that we don't pack and ship the order. Always type 'CANCELLATION' or 'ORDER CHANGE' along with your order number in the subject field on the email and we will look into the matter. If an order is canceled before it has been sent out we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10 EURO.
